1. Where can I learn how to use recime?

The best way to find out if recime is right for your business is to try it. Our free plan gives you access to most of the features for a thorough experience. You can also read our documentation which will help you get started or get in touch if you have any questions.

2. How long can I use recime for free?

It’s free forever. However, our free plan is good for a personal and community chatbots. Your chatbots are running with limited resources.

3. How can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time through the billing page of the recime dashboard or simply send us an email at support@recime.io.

4. What are my payment options?

You can pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

5. Are startups discounts available?

We offer customized pricing for small startups. These requests are assessed case by case. Contact us at support@recime.io for more info.

6. Why is WeChat only part of the Enterprise plan?

WeChat requires special attention when it comes to deploying chatbots to your WeChat admin account. There are some requirements for hosting chatbots in WeChat platform therefore we would need to review the chatbot and make sure all the criteria are fulfilled and the chatbot is not violating any terms as mentioned in WeChat terms of service: https://www.wechat.com/en/acceptable_use_policy.html

WeChat is part of Enterprise tier. However, if you have a great personal or community chatbot idea then we would be happy to work with you and help you publish it to your admin account. Please reach out to us at hello@recime.io

7. How does memory and computing power affect my chatbot?

The amount of memory is allocated for your chatbot is proportional to CPU and other resources. The higher the memory size, the higher the CPU and lower the latency. Our free plan is designed for personal and community use. If your chatbot is doing processor intensive tasks and requires faster execution then it is recommended to upgrade to our “medium” plan that is designed and tested for most scenarios.
